The breakfast options were excellent, and there were plenty of choices to satisfy our hunger. The bed in our room was incredibly comfortable, allowing us to get a great night's sleep. Additionally, the location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to I-40 and close proximity to restaurants.
Couldn't find any faults at all.

Clean and marvellous units and awesome staff in the male receptionist. Pleasant, brilliant location in Guildford, near theatre and restaurants, Guildford to Epsom and good shops and restuarants.

Incredible location in the very attractive area, just next door to a nice garden area, and the centre of the town. Exceptionally comfortable beds & reasonably sized rooms. Friendly check-in, late check-out.

Everything. The staff was very friendly. The hotel very clean, in the room was EVERYTHING available. Every day new linen. Beds were always made, kettle, cups, small selection of instant drinks and tea, biscuits, great beds, many pillows in the bathroom, soap, shower, shampoo, conditioner, face cream. Very high quality.
There was nothing to complain about.

The bar had a fabulous atmosphere, and the staff were so friendly and cute. My compact single room was very clean, newly decorated, and super cozy. It's also close to down memory lane. The card on arrival was a thoughtful touch.
i'd recommend.

Very nice staff indeed. Very kind to the children left behind while adults were out. Thank you.
Rooms very small indeed. Tricky not being allowed to book in until 3.00 (wedding was at 2.00!)

Convenient postion. Adequate parking.
After the expected noise from a dj event and a Rollins Stoned (sic) concert, the noise of barrels being thrown out and unaccountable loud rumbling noises went on until two in the morning. Very noisy. It is to be expected from the "entertainmnet" but not the prolonged "Admin" afterwards.
